Thanks for visiting my site, though ‘site’ is an overstatement, if not a downright misnomer! This is a holding page. Luckily since I set up my business last August, I’ve been too busy working hard on behalf of my clients to develop this site. But now you’re here. It would be impolite not to tell you a little about what I do. Simply and succinctly…
Consultancy. Communications. Coaching.
I’ve been helping people and organisations think strategically and communicate effectively for nearly twenty years and, since qualifying as a coach in 2011, I also support them to consider and manage change. To that end, I am currently studying part-time for a Masters in Work and Organisational Behaviour at DCU, with a particular emphasis on change. I do a lot of stakeholder engagement work and really enjoy using a simple but hugely effective method called World Café.
Most recently, I was privileged to work with the management consultancy Genesis, who specialise in brand-led change. Since setting out on my own, I’m proud to have worked with a range of corporate clients including a leading law firm (brand development and communications), The Institute of Banking (strategic communications), the Commissioners of Irish Lights (brand development) and W5 customer experience company (strategic communications/copywriting) as well as many from the cultural sector: the Arts Council (stakeholder engagement), The Ark (strategy development and organisation engagement), National Library (organisation engagement), Music Generation (stakeholder engagement) and the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris (strategic review). In a coaching capacity I’ve also supported a number of small businesses and individuals to consider how to advance their businesses or careers.
In brief – People. Ideas. Expression. Purpose. Change. That’s what I’m interested in. And, luckily, that’s what I do.
